With a business education, a background in custom home Project Management and many vibrant years in hospitality, Caleb loves people and treats clients as friends, and friends as family. Bringing his honesty, (if you know him you know he is an open book), energy, and generosity, people love him back — before and long after closing day.

Most connected to her soul with her toes dipped deep into some creative journey, Suzanne spends much of her time with her mind wandering to words, visuals, spaces, and dreams and most of her time momming so hard, to two seriously sweet baby Bowers at home. Keeping it authentic, helping you tell your story in the home of your dreams, and encouraging her girls to forge their own way — that’s Suzanne’s force.

At this stage, our design team works closely with you to develop initial custom home designs that incorporate your preferences. We present you with sketches, 3D models, or renderings to help you visualise the concept.
After taking your feedback from the initial designs, we refine the concept, solidifying details such as room layouts, exterior elevations, and interior design elements. Your feedback guides this evolution to ensure we match your vision.
We present detailed construction plans, timelines, and a comprehensive budget for your approval. This stage ensures you're comfortable with every detail, from materials and finishes to cost implications, before construction begins.
After finalising the details, we formalise our collaboration with a comprehensive agreement outlining project scope, costs, timelines, and other terms. This ensures transparency and mutual understanding before work begins.
