A Process That Keeps You Involved - And Never Guessing
We don’t just build custom homes. We walk with you through every step, with a process designed to keep things clear, collaborative, and well-paced from day one.
This is our first contact where we understand your broad vision for your dream home. It's an opportunity for us to introduce our services and understand your initial expectations.
At this face-to-face meeting, we delve deeper into your vision, discussing your lifestyle needs, design preferences, budget, and timelines. It's a chance to get to know each other better and establish a working relationship.
Here, we will visit your chosen construction site to understand its specifics, from the layout and orientation to potential challenges. This informs our design and construction planning.
At this stage, our design team works closely with you to develop initial custom home designs that incorporate your preferences. We present you with sketches, 3D models, or renderings to help you visualise the concept.
After taking your feedback from the initial designs, we refine the concept, solidifying details such as room layouts, exterior elevations, and interior design elements. Your feedback guides this evolution to ensure we match your vision.
We present detailed construction plans, timelines, and a comprehensive budget for your approval. This stage ensures you're comfortable with every detail, from materials and finishes to cost implications, before construction begins.
After finalising the details, we formalise our collaboration with a comprehensive agreement outlining project scope, costs, timelines, and other terms. This ensures transparency and mutual understanding before work begins.
Post approval, our skilled construction team brings the design to life. We ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and regular updates on progress.
Upon completion, we conduct a final walkthrough to ensure every detail aligns with the agreed plan and your expectations. Even after handing over the keys, our post-construction service ensures any issues are promptly addressed.
