At this stage, our design team works closely with you to develop initial custom home designs that incorporate your preferences. We present you with sketches, 3D models, or renderings to help you visualise the concept.
After taking your feedback from the initial designs, we refine the concept, solidifying details such as room layouts, exterior elevations, and interior design elements. Your feedback guides this evolution to ensure we match your vision.
We present detailed construction plans, timelines, and a comprehensive budget for your approval. This stage ensures you're comfortable with every detail, from materials and finishes to cost implications, before construction begins.
After finalising the details, we formalise our collaboration with a comprehensive agreement outlining project scope, costs, timelines, and other terms. This ensures transparency and mutual understanding before work begins.
Post approval, our skilled construction team brings the design to life. We ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and regular updates on progress.
Upon completion, we conduct a final walkthrough to ensure every detail aligns with the agreed plan and your expectations. Even after handing over the keys, our post-construction service ensures any issues are promptly addressed.
